Where we ship

Orbela Tails ships to the countries available at checkout.

Processing time

Orders are normally prepared for shipping within 1 business day. Business days do not include weekends or public holidays.

Estimated delivery time

Orders are processed within 1 business day.

After dispatch, standard delivery normally takes approximately 1–6 business days, depending on the destination country and carrier.

The estimated total time from placing your order to delivery is approximately 2–7 business days.

Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur during busy periods, public holidays, severe weather, customs processing, carrier disruption, or other events outside our control.

Shipping costs

Free standard shipping is available on qualifying orders. Any applicable shipping costs are shown at checkout before payment.

There are no standard shipping charges added at checkout.

Tracking

When your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Tracking information may take a short time to update after dispatch.

Address changes

Please check your delivery address carefully before completing your order.

Address changes can only be requested before the order enters fulfilment. Once fulfilment or shipping has started, we cannot guarantee that the address can be changed.

Delayed orders

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery period, contact us at hello@orbelatails.com with your order number.

We will investigate the shipment and assist you.

Lost, damaged, or incorrect orders

If your order arrives damaged, contains the wrong item, or appears to be lost, contact us as soon as possible at hello@orbelatails.com.

  • Clear photographs of the item and packaging
  • A short explanation of the problem

We will review the issue and provide an appropriate solution.
